Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1/2 lb Ground pork
- 1/2 cup Gluten-free breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Egg
- 2 cloves Minced garlic
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 1 tsp Dried basil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 12 Gluten-free slider buns
- 1 jar Marinara sauce
- 6 slices Mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp Olive oil

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, gluten-free breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.

Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides.

Transfer the meatballs to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.

While the meatballs are baking, lightly toast the gluten-free slider buns.

Spread marinara sauce on the bottom half of each slider bun.

Place 2-3 meatballs on each bun.

Cut mozzarella slices in half and place on top of the meatballs.

Place the top bun on each slider and serve immediately.

- •If you don't have ground pork, you can use all ground beef.
