Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity

Non-celiac gluten sensitivity (NCGS) causes symptoms similar to celiac disease but without the intestinal damage or specific antibodies. Symptoms include bloating, abdominal pain, and fatigue after consuming gluten. Unlike celiac disease, there is no definitive diagnostic test for NCGS.
