- 2 tablespoons Tapioca starch
- 2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 Egg
- 1 tablespoon Water
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1/4 cup Pecans, chopped

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a shallow dish, whisk together almond flour, tapioca starch, Parmesan cheese, rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the egg and water.

Dip the brie wheel into the egg wash, ensuring all sides are coated.

Dredge the brie in the almond flour mixture, pressing gently to adhere. Repeat the egg wash and almond flour coating for a thicker crust.
