Ingredients

  • 1 14 oz can Artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 10 oz Frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
  • 8 oz Cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • as needed Gluten-free crackers or vegetables

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

    In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.

    Add the chopped artichoke hearts, squeezed dry spinach, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, onion powder, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper to the bowl.
