Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased on ReGluten (regluten.com). All payments are processed by Paddle.com ("Paddle"), which acts as our Merchant of Record.
Subscription Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your ReGluten Pro subscription. If you are not happy with the service, the following refund terms apply:
Within 14 Days of First Purchase
If you are a new subscriber, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked. This applies to your first subscription payment only.
After 14 Days
After the initial 14-day period, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription payments that have already been processed. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis if:
- The service was significantly unavailable during your billing period
- You were charged after canceling your subscription due to a technical error
- You were charged an incorrect amount
Renewal Charges
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. If you do not wish to be charged for the next period, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. We do not issue refunds for renewal charges when the subscriber failed to cancel before the renewal date, though we may make exceptions for recent renewals (within 48 hours).
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at hello@regluten.com with the following information:
- Your email address associated with the account
- The date of the charge
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
Refund Processing
Since Paddle is our Merchant of Record, all refunds are processed through Paddle. Once a refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Processing time is typically 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider
- You will receive a refund confirmation email from Paddle
Cancellation vs. Refund
Canceling your subscription and requesting a refund are different actions:
- Cancellation: Stops future billing. You retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. You can cancel anytime from your account settings
- Refund: Returns the payment for a billing period. If a refund is issued, your Pro access will be revoked immediately
Free Plan
Our Free plan does not involve any charges and therefore is not subject to this Refund Policy. You can use the Free plan at no cost with limited daily scans.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
