- 2 cups Raw Almonds
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 2 tablespoons Water
- 2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil
- 1/8 teaspoon Optional: Nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon Optional: Ginger Powder

In a medium bowl, combine honey, water, granulated sugar, brown sugar, sea salt, cinnamon, optional nutmeg and ginger, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined.

Add the raw almonds to the honey mixture and stir until all almonds are evenly coated.

Spread the almonds in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Drizzle the melted coconut oil evenly over the almonds.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes to ensure even roasting and prevent burning.
