- 1 cup Almonds
- 12 oz Dark Chocolate Chips (at least 70% cacao)
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt Flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 tablespoons Powdered Sugar (for dusting, optional)
- 2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder (for dusting, optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon Espresso Powder (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon (optional)
- 1/4 cup Chopped Pecans (optional topping)
