- 1 medium head Cauliflower florets
- 1 cup Gluten-free all-purpose flour blend
- 1/4 cup Tapioca starch
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 cup Plant-based milk (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
- 2 tablespoons Vegan butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon Optional: Cayenne pepper
