Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Gluten-Free Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1/2 cup Melted Butter
- 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup Butterscotch Chips
- 1 can (14 oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 1/2 cups Shredded Coconut (sweetened)
- 1 cup Chopped Pecans
- 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cup Optional: Gluten Free Pretzels, crushed

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

In a medium bowl, combine the gluten-free graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.

Sprinkle the semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and butterscotch chips evenly over the crust.

Next, sprinkle the shredded coconut, chopped pecans, and chopped walnuts over the chocolate chips.

Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over all the layers. Drizzle vanilla extract over the top.

Optionally sprinkle crushed gluten free pretzels on top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the sweetened condensed milk is bubbly.

Let cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars. For cleaner cuts, chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before cutting.
