- 1/2 cup Butter (dairy or dairy-free)
- 10 oz Mini Marshmallows
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Powdered Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Brown Rice Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil (for greasing)
- 1/4 cup Sprinkles (gluten-free) (optional)
- 1/2 cup Gluten-Free Chocolate Chips (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon (optional)
- 2 tablespoons Nut Butter (peanut, almond, etc.) (optional)
