- 1/2 cup Pecan Flour
- 1 cup (2 sticks) Unsalted Butter, softened
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar, packed

- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 cup Pecans, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Pecans, halved or quartered (for topping)
- 2 tablespoons Turbinado Sugar (for topping, optional)

Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, powdered sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
