- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cup Marshmallow Creme
- 1/4 cup Chopped Peanuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (optional)
Instructions
- 1
Line an 8x8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.

Remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- 4
Add the marshmallow creme and stir until fully incorporated and smooth.
- 5
Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing until well combined and a smooth dough forms. It will be thick.
- 6
If adding chocolate chips, stir them in now.
- 7
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts, if desired.
- 8
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- 9
Once firm, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and serve.
