- 1 cup Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour Blend
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar, packed
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 2 tablespoons Powdered Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Milk
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips (optional)

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour (using gluten-free flour) an 8x8 inch baking pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate large bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Beat until well combined.

Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.

In a small bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth. This is your peanut butter swirl.

Pour brownie batter into the prepared pan. Drop spoonfuls of the peanut butter mixture over the brownie batter and swirl with a knife or toothpick.
