- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoons Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup **Cake** flour (gluten-free blend)
- 1 tablespoon Hot water
- 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)
