Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Gluten-Free Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1/2 cup Melted Unsalted Butter
- 14 oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
- 1 1/2 cups Shredded Coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)
- 1 cup Chopped Walnuts
- 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt Flakes
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.

In a medium bowl, combine gluten-free graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, brown sugar, gluten free flour, and cinnamon. Mix until evenly moistened.

Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to create the crust.

Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.

Sprinkle semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, shredded coconut, chopped walnuts, and chopped pecans evenly over the sweetened condensed milk.

Gently press the toppings down into the sweetened condensed milk to ensure they adhere well.

Sprinkle with sea salt flakes and vanilla extract.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the sweetened condensed milk is bubbly.

Let cool completely in the pan before lifting out using the parchment paper overhang and cutting into squares. Cool completely before cutting.
