Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken Wings
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Dried Parsley (optional, for garnish)
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder (gluten-free)

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. 2

In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Ensure wings are evenly coated.

  3. 3

Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are not overcrowded.

  4. 4

Bake for 25 minutes, then flip the wings and bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until the wings are cooked through and golden brown and crispy.

  5. 5

Remove the wings from the oven and immediately sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan cheese.

  6. 6

Return the wings to the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until the parmesan cheese is melted and slightly golden.

  7. 7

Garnish with dried parsley (optional) before serving.

  8. 8

    Serve immediately and enjoy!
