- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Xanthan Gum
- 1 cup Milk (or Dairy-Free Milk)
- 4 tablespoons Butter (or Dairy-Free Butter), melted
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Warm Water

In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour blend, tapioca starch, potato starch, sugar, yeast, baking powder, salt, and xanthan gum.
