- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
- 1/2 cup Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/4 cup Strong Brewed Coffee
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup Gluten-Free Oat Flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
