Ingredients
- 2 medium Ripe Avocados
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 2 tablespoons Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 teaspoon Pinch of Sea Salt
- 2 ounces Melted Dark Chocolate (70% or higher)
- 1/2 teaspoon Espresso Powder
- 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons Optional: Gluten-Free Chocolate Shavings
- 1/2 cup Optional: Fresh Raspberries

Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

In a food processor or high-speed blender, combine the avocado, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, sea salt, espresso powder, chia seeds and cinnamon.

Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

Add the melted dark chocolate to the blender and blend again until fully incorporated and the mixture is a rich, dark color.

Taste and adjust sweetness as desired, adding more maple syrup if needed.
