Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced against the grain
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 1 cup Carrots, sliced
- 1 cup Bell pepper (any color), sliced
- 1 cup Snap peas
- 1/2 medium Onion, sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup Gluten-free soy sauce (Tamari)
- 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp Honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together gluten-free soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey/maple syrup, and cornstarch. Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.

Add beef to the wok and stir-fry until browned on all sides, about 2-3 minutes. Remove beef from the wok and set aside.

Add sesame oil to the wok. Add onion, garlic, and ginger and stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add broccoli, carrots, bell pepper, and snap peas to the wok. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes, or until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Return the beef to the wok.
