  • 4 6 oz each Salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup Almond flour
  • 1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 2 cloves, minced Garlic
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.

    In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, parsley, dill, chives, lemon zest, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
