- 8 slices Bacon
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes (optional)

- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Trim the ends off the Brussels sprouts and halve or quarter them, depending on their size.

In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
