- 1 lb Fresh Green Beans
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley
- 1/4 cup Almonds
- 1 tsp Gluten-Free Soy Sauce (Tamari)

Wash and trim the ends of the green beans.

Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the green beans to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they begin to soften and turn bright green.

Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet and cook for another 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, lemon juice, gluten-free soy sauce (Tamari), salt, and pepper.
