- 4 slices Gluten-Free Bread
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Anchovy Paste
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce (Ensure gluten-free)
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut gluten-free bread into 1-inch cubes. Toss with 2 tablespoons olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

Spread bread cubes on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Set aside to cool.

Wash and thoroughly dry the kale. Remove the tough stems and chop the leaves into bite-sized pieces. Massage the kale with 1 tablespoon of olive oil for 2-3 minutes to tenderize it.
