- 2 1/2 cups Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour Blend
- 2 tablespoons Psyllium Husk Powder
- 2 1/4 teaspoons Active Dry Yeast
- 1 tablespoon Granulated Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 1/4 cups Warm Water (105-115°F)
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 large Egg
- 1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds
- 1 large Egg wash (1 egg beaten with 1 tbsp water)
- 1 teaspoon Xanthan Gum
- 1/4 cup Potato Starch

In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour blend, psyllium husk powder, xanthan gum, potato starch, sugar, salt, and yeast.

In a separate bowl, combine the warm water, olive oil, egg, and apple cider vinegar. Whisk until well combined.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix on medium speed with an electric mixer for 3-4 minutes, until a smooth, slightly sticky dough forms.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place for 60-90 minutes, or until doubled in size.

Gently deflate the dough and divide it into 4 equal portions. Shape each portion into a smooth, round bun.
