- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder

- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Chives (chopped, for garnish)
