- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder

- 1 medium, peeled, seeded, and chopped Cucumber
- 2 medium, chopped Tomatoes
- 1/2 medium, thinly sliced Red onion
- 1/2 cup, pitted Kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup, crumbled Feta cheese
- 1 medium, chopped Green bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
