- 1 pint, halved Cherry Tomatoes
- 1/4 cup, thinly sliced Red Onion
- 1/2 cup, pitted and halved Kalamata Olives
- 4 oz, crumbled Feta Cheese
- 1/4 cup, chopped Fresh Parsley
- 2 tablespoons, chopped Fresh Mint
- 3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 4 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 clove, minced Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
