Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Chicken Breast (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 2 cups Broccoli Florets
- 1 cup Carrots (sliced)
- 1 cup Bell Pepper (sliced (any color))
- 1 cup Snap Peas
- 3 Green Onions (chopped)
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp Ginger (minced)
- 1/4 cup Gluten-Free Soy Sauce (Tamari)
- 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds (for garnish (optional))

In a small bowl, whisk together gluten-free soy sauce (tamari), rice vinegar, honey, and cornstarch. Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from the wok and set aside.

Add sesame oil to the wok. Add garlic and ginger and cook for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.

Add broccoli, carrots, and bell pepper to the wok and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes, until slightly tender.

Return the cooked chicken to the wok.
