- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups Apples (peeled and diced)
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts or Pecans (optional)
