- 1/2 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Melted unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup Hot water
- 1/2 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon Espresso powder (optional)

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin.

In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, salt, and baking soda.
