- 3 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce (Tamari for Gluten-Free)
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon, grated Fresh Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 clove, minced Garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup, sliced Optional: Grilled Chicken or Shrimp
