- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder

- 1 can (15 oz), rinsed and drained Black Beans
- 1 cup, frozen or fresh Corn
- 1/2 medium, diced Red Onion
- 1/2 medium, diced Red Bell Pepper
- 1 small, seeded and minced (optional) Jalapeño
- 1/4 cup, chopped Cilantro
- 1 medium, diced Avocado
- 1 medium, juiced Lime
- 1 cup, soaked in hot water for 30 minutes Cashews (raw, unsalted)
