Siete Foods was born from a family's journey to support their sister and daughter, Veronica, who was diagnosed with multiple autoimmune conditions. When the Garza family—all seven (siete) members—adopted a grain-free diet, they realized they could no longer enjoy many of their favorite Mexican-American foods.
Veronica began creating grain-free alternatives, and when their Grandma Campos declared that Veronica's almond flour tortilla tasted better than her own homemade flour tortillas, Siete was born. Today, the company offers a full range of grain-free, gluten-free Mexican-inspired products.
Their famous tortilla chips, made with cassava and avocado oil, have become a favorite among those following paleo, Whole30, and other grain-free lifestyles. Every product is preservative-free, grain-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, paleo, and vegan.
